« Tolle Ferien in Il Poggio »

Ganz hervorragende Unterkunft. Sehr groß, riesige Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr freundliche und kompetente schweizerische Gastgeberin.
Die Lage - ein absoluter Traum - nachdem man die Schotterpiste hinter sich gebracht hat, ist man auf dem Hügel, wie es ja auch heißt, und hat einen tollen Blick auf die Täler und Felder. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Ganz hervorragend geeignet, die Toskana zu entdecken.
Wir können es bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

« Superbe séjour ! »

Excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement en rez de chaussée dans cette bâtisse Toscane typique. Meubles anciens et meubles fonctionnels font bon ménage, cuisine très bien équipée (manque juste un micro onde), chauffage très efficace, grande salle de bain, très grande chambre avec une literie +++ (bémol pour les rideaux qui ne cache pas la lumière du jour ), par contre le couchage pour nos 2 ados dans le séjour est à revoir : canapé lit inconfortable pour des pré adultes, mais qui convient bien à des enfants de moins de dix ans. Le site est magnifique, beauté et calme de la campagne toscane, à 20 km de Florence, et à moins d'une heure des plus beaux sites de la région. Nous avons apprécié la discrétion, l'accueil et le professionnalisme de la propriétaire, qui habite dans une autre partie de la maison. A 5 minutes en voiture : lavomatic, épicerie, restaurant... En conclusion : nous sommes très exigeants et la location "Il Poggio" à totalement répondu à nos attente. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, en espérant que la température soit plus élevé pour profiter de l'extraordinaire piscine biologique ! Ah une dernière chose : prendre l'apéro dans le jardin, face au soleil couchant, avec un verre de Chianti, quel délice !
